The hotel has been recently renovated. The staff was very informative. Our room had three windows and WiFi. The location is great, just 0.5 miles from Los Angeles International Airport. The property is situated in a vibrant area.

The location is perfect. In front of the beach. The hotel's services are excellent and they provide you with chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach. Clean rooms with good services. The gentleman in charge of the hotel is excellent, very attentive and friendly. He solved all our doubts. Congratulations! Pity about the manager.

They have a blonde woman in the hotel management who is extremely rude. We returned to get our key because the gentleman (who looked like the owner) spoke to us to let us know that the room was ready and when we explained that we had already checked in with the owner he behaved very badly. So rude that he didn't tell us how to get to our room and when I asked him, he yelled at me saying that he was right and that if the other gentleman hadn't told us. Lousy service. All the good experience of having the other gentleman in charge and place fades away because of a person yelling at you. As if you don't have the right to ask.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were modern and the location was perfect for exploring Santa Monica pier.

The room charming little and brand-new, bed comfortable. Had three windows and Wi-Fi. The very helpful stuff working throughout the hotel. Walking distance from the bus stop, 10 minutes😃

The location was fantastic and the very warm welcome from the staff, their hospitality was exceptional - wish I could of stayed longer.

the studios were brand new with a nice space for cooking. The staff were wonderfully nice and helped a lot during our stay.

It had a kitchenette, located right on the board walk, very nice room, view of ocean, amazing and helpful staff

Office is closed after 9pm and only opens at 9am

I got a great-sized and newly decorated room. The location of the hotel was great and incredible - a 10-15 minute walk from Main Street Santa Monica.

The location was great. The price was very fair. The room was unique in design and had everything we needed. Free internet is always a plus. The guy i the office was helpful, nice and very knowledgable. Fun time!

The location of the hotel is wonderful. It is right on the boardwalk, which is walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly and they provide recommendations to local areas. Rooms are kept clean.

The mattress is hard and makes sleeping through the night very uncomfortable. No air conditioning in the room.

We had a great time staying in a well-equipped room with a kitchenette that offered good value for money. The location was fantastic, close to local restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Great hotel in the centre of Venice beach. Clean, refurbished and comfortable. Matt(?) the guy who worked on the front desk was really helpful, gave us free pushbike hire, and when we arrived earlier than checkin(4 hours) let us sleep and shower in their spare room till ours was vacated (after a 14 hour flight we were very grateful). Would recommend!!

Parking tough. Add $ to budget to park.
